Wiki

Wiki is not so hard to use and appears easy to add additional items and comments, although how much it could be used in the library I'm not sure. Maybe for adding items for staff meeting lists as and when they come to mind, so that an agenda can be made from it, but not every person will look at it including me. I can see that there will in time be so many sites to check that quite a lot of time will be taken up just doing that.
I should think that for researchers in the same subject might consider it a useful tool, however, how much of their findings/results they are likely to give away is another matter. Publishing their own articles is surely what they really want and wish to get credit for. There is also the legal aspects which has to be considered if you collaborate and then publish. ( credit where credit is due)

Google Doc- Gardening

This document was very easy to create and sharing didn't seem that difficult, if I did it correctly

Delicious

I found getting on to the delicious site very difficult, setting up a yahoo account then trying to find where to go to set the bookmarks, however once there it was quite easy, that is of course if I have done it correctly.
Out of the 3 ways of being this bookmarking this week I prefer the first one, add to favorites.

My library bookmarking

This again didn't seem to hard to complete but its just finding site which would fit the try of bookmarking site as I didn't think things like cooking or leisure would be appropriate.

Follow that Book

It was interesting up to a point but because I had done most of the processes over my time in the library, I can say that how books were chosen and why was good as was how a book was catalogued .

Have completed all the week 3 things or at least I hope I have, not sure how successful they have turned out.

I found the RSS Reader and My Library ones not to difficult although in My Library I wasn't sure what type of browers I should be looking for.

Google Reader I didn't like because it took so long to find and add things.
